For this purpose, our company quality policies are as follows;

  • Aiming to document and continuous improvement of our quality management system to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard,
  • Aiming to reach company and department targets with team spirit, based on the Total Quality philosophy,
  • Aiming to increase the efficiency of all our processes to a level that can compete at the international level, in line with the continuous improvement approach,
  • Aiming to work with all our strength to be an exemplary company that leads in terms of quality in the casting industry, by managing our production activities in an integrated manner based on environmental, occupational health and safety management systems,
  • Aiming to manage customer feedback effectively, to deliver on time with effective use of resources and to create a quality management system that aims at continuous improvement,

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy is;

  • to comply with all legal regulations related to occupational health and safety,
  • to prevent occupational diseases and work accidents before they occur,
  • to create a safe working environment by making continuous improvements by following the studies related to Occupational Health and Safety and technological developments,
  • to ensure the participation of employees by providing training to all personnel on Occupational Health and Safety.

 

Our Environmental Policy is;

  • to comply with the provisions of the International Environmental Legislation, Turkish Environmental Legislation and other relevant legislation,
  • to establish the TS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, to carry out production activities by applying the Environmental Management System,
  • To provide trainings to improve the environmental awareness of our employees and to create sustainable environmental awareness,
  • To use raw materials and energy resources efficiently,
  • to reduce, reuse and recycle waste at its source with sustainable waste management, and, where it is not possible, to dispose of it within the scope of environmental legislation.

 

Our Human Resources Policy is;

The main objective of our Human Resources Policy is the creation of a common corporate culture by selecting the human resources suitable for the corporate structure of our company and providing the necessary training, development and training activities to create a competitive advantage.

Moreover; to continue with employees who prioritize the values of Transparency, Honesty, Respect for People and the Environment, Happiness of Customers and Employees and Reliability and adopt these values in every step of the management.

Our Energy Policy is;
